Designer-Inspired Products

At Soft Archive we offer designer-inspired products at more accessible prices.

Our products are not authentic designer products and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any designer brand.

By purchasing from Soft Archive, you acknowledge and understand that you are purchasing a designer-inspired item, not an authentic designer product.

Please read each product description carefully and review all photos and details before placing your order.

Pre-Orders

Our Pre-Order Collection allows customers to order selected items that are not currently held in our inventory.

When you place a pre-order, we source the item specifically for you. Because of this, pre-orders may have a longer processing time than items that are currently in stock.

This also applies to customised orders we source for you via email or our social media.

Please note:

• Pre-orders are not ready for immediate dispatch.
• Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier, shipping or customs delays.
• You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched, where available.
• Once a pre-order has been confirmed and sourcing has commenced, cancellations due to change of mind are generally not accepted.
• If an item becomes unavailable or we are unable to fulfil your pre-order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.

Please only place a pre-order if you are comfortable with the estimated waiting time.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final, except where an item arrives faulty, damaged or significantly different from what was ordered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• No longer wanting the item
• Ordering the wrong item, colour or style
• The item not being what you expected
• Minor variations in colour, texture, stitching or measurements
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after receiving the item
• Failure to read the product description before purchasing

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will review the situation and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement, store credit or refund.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the relevant postal or courier service.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or additional fees charged by their country.

Before You Order

Please ensure you have:

• Read the full product description

• Selected the correct item, colour and style
